We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and designing complete solutions that enhance and automate our business processes. This role involves analyzing existing manual workflows, developing strategies, and leading projects from conception to successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Creating Technical Specifications: Document requirements for development teams to facilitate the implementation of automation solutions. Coordinating with Multiple Teams: Collaborate with internal and external developers to implement technical solutions effectively. Evaluating Tools and Technologies: Select appropriate software and platforms. Training and Support: Convey new processes to affected employees and provide ongoing support. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Monitor the implemented process and optimize and adapt to changing requirements. Qualifications: Completed graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field. More than 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. Experience in creating technical documentation and conducting requirements analyses. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly. Required Skills: Technical Understanding: In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies. Proficiency in Programming: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, WebFlux, Kafka, Postgres, and Redis. Data Management: Knowledge in databases and data processing. Soft Skills: Strong teamwork abilities, leadership qualities, initiative, and a customer-oriented approach
