Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in developing machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, with hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying scalable AI models. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications. Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights. Implement deep learning, NLP, and computer vision algorithms as needed. Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency. Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems. Research and experiment with new AI techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency. Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment. Ensure models are explainable, ethical, and aligned with industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development. Bachelors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn . Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, or Recommendation Systems . Hands-on experience in model deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) . Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML models, and model monitoring . Proficiency in working with large datasets, feature engineering, and data preprocessing . Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL . Experience with RESTful APIs, FastAPI, Flask, or Django for AI model deployment. Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in generative AI, LLMs, and transformer-based architectures . Understanding of A/B testing and model evaluation techniques . Experience with automated hyperparameter tuning and optimization techniques.
