What You’ll Do

• Ship

  production-ready code weekly

  across Python and Go services, along with a React/Next.js frontend that screens millions of candidates.
• Design and implement

  new microservices,

  including real-time ranking, interview analytics, and multi-million-dollar payout systems.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers to

  profile, test, and harden LLM-powered agents

  for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
• Partner directly with users to translate feedback into clear technical specifications.
• Own product features

  end-to-end,

  from design and architecture to deployment and maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong

  Computer Science fundamentals

  with hands-on experience in Python, Go, or React.
• Ability to

  iterate quickly

  - prototype, test, and ship production-quality code in fast-paced cycles.
• Attention to both

  system performance

  and

  product polish

  .
• Curiosity or experience with

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  , retrieval systems, or ranking algorithms.
• Projects, GitHub repos, or side work that demonstrate

  problem-solving and creativity
