? Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with major Javascript frameworks; experience with React JS is
preferred.
? Solid understanding of modern JavaScript features, including ES2023 updates, asynchronous
programming, and concurrent rendering concepts for building efficient and scalable applications. ?
Experience in Software Development, Design, and Architecture, with security in mind ? Good
practical knowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principles
? Experience with Agile practices: Pairing, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery ?
Expertise in optimizing web performance and Web Vitals (e.g., Core Web Vitals) to ensure fast load
times and smooth user experiences, including metrics like Time to First Byte (TTFB), Time to
Interactive (TTI), and First Contentful Paint (FCP).
? Experience in web application design and state management solutions
? Experience with Unit and Integration testing
? Understanding common security vulnerabilities and performance issues in web applications, and
knowing how to debug them
? Strong customer focus, you build accessible applications with a great UX
? Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices to create inclusive and accessible
web applications
? Superb communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams. ?
Next.js 15 and its latest features, such as improved server components, streaming, and
advanced static site generation, is a plus.
