Your Role and Impact

Overview:

We're looking for a creative and detail-driven

UI/UX Designer

who thrives on designing intuitive digital experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape delightful user journeys across mobile and web platforms. Your ability to translate complex concepts into simple and elegant designs will play a vital role in creating products our users love.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable Design Systems and reusable component libraries.
Design user-centric interfaces using principles of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.
Create low-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Apply Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) to craft intuitive mobile app experiences.
Utilize user-centered design methods to identify user pain points and propose solutions.
Collaborate with developers for a smooth design-to-dev handoff, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation.
Present design solutions clearly and confidently to team members and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision Studio.
Strong understanding of HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers.
Solid grasp of Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Prototyping techniques.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with JavaScript Frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Exposure to jQuery and Software Design fundamentals.
