1. Blueprism Developer

Experience- 3 to 5yrs

Location- Mumbai

Notice Period- Imm to any serving

Budget- 10 LPA

• Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
• Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
• Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
• Designing Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
• Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.

Special Skills & Knowledge

• Designing and developing end to end RPA processes in BluePrism (v6 +)
• In-depth knowledge in creating Business and Process Objects in BluePrism
• In-depth knowledge of working with various Control Room functions including Scheduler, Queue Management and Session Management
• Development experience in .NET technologies C#, Visual Basic, J# , webservices
• Knowledge of administrating BluePrism instances
• Worked in Waterfall or Agile methodologies

Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive UX strategy, ensuring consistency and usability across applications.• Conduct user research, create personas, and design workflows to optimize user experience.• Develop design systems and reusable UI components in Angular, adhering to best practices.• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance standards in all UI components

Required Skills
• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.• Strong expertise in Angular for UI component development.• Deep understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design.• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and micro frontend architecture.• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in enterprise-scale applications.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization
