Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing high-quality applications and designing scalable code to provide a functional and engaging user experience. As a part of the team at Nextworld Solution, you will collaborate with designers, develop websites, adhere to development standards, implement SEO best practices, conduct testing, optimize website performance, manage back-end services, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support and training. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Designers: Work with UX/UI designers to translate design into a functional user experience. - Develop Websites: Code responsive and user-friendly websites based on client specifications. - Adhere to Development Standards: Maintain high-quality code following community standards for accessibility, CSS, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and Semantic HTML5. - Implement SEO Best Practices: Optimize website templates for SEO strategies. - Conduct Testing: Ensure a consistent user experience across platforms and devices. - Optimize Website Performance: Code and test websites to meet Google's Page Speed Insights standards. - Develop Custom WordPress Code: Extend platform functionality through custom development. - Manage Back-End Services: Configure the CMS and server-side for optimal performance. - Maintain WordPress Software: Test and implement updates related to WordPress core, plugins, or themes. - Troubleshoot Issues: Address website bugs or problems related to themes, plugins, or hosting. - Stay Updated on WordPress: Research and implement the latest software updates. - Provide Technical Support: Assist clients or internal teams with WordPress CMS management. - Maintain Documentation: Document code, solutions, methodologies for future reference. Qualification Required: - Front-end programming skills: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Angular, React. - Back-end software proficiency: PHP, Java, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Sass. - MySQL database usage. - Knowledge of WordPress core architecture, Gutenberg blocks, and popular page builders. - Experience with WooCommerce, WordPress multisite, headless CMS, and full site editing. - Familiarity with SEO best practices, semantic HTML5 coding, and design software. - Ability to work with version control software. Please Note: This job is full-time and permanent, located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The working schedule is Monday to Friday. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of total work experience, including 3 years in WordPress, 2 years in PHP, and 1 year in MySQL, are preferred. Ability to relocate to Navi Mumbai is preferred before starting work. Health insurance and Provident Fund are included in the benefits package.
