Software Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our team in Pune. As a Software Engineer focusing on Python Gen AI, you will be involved in cutting-edge projects and gain hands-on experience in developing impactful solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with the AI/ML team to design and develop Gen AI-based applications. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python, integrating agentic frameworks into AI workflows, and participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle. You will also research and experiment with new Gen AI tools and technologies, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to team innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation and hands-on experience in Python programming, basic knowledge of SQL and MongoDB or other database systems, and hands-on knowledge of at least one Agentic framework such as Lang Graph, Crew AI, or ADK. An interest or experience in working on Gen AI projects, self-motivation to explore the AI/ML space, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are also essential. Additionally, you should be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
