Role : Software Engineer (Model Based Systems Engineering)

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 4-6 years in IT with minimum 4 years hands-on Programming Experience.

Strong Technical Knowledge of:
-
Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) SysML/UML fundamentals: understanding and practical application of MBSE methodologies to guide system development.

Cameo Systems Modeller & SysML Plugin Expertise: Deep understanding of the softwares architecture and functionalities (Resource Manager Usage, RDZIP Package Management, XML for Resource Descriptors)

Java Programming Language and IDE in SysML/UML context: Plugins (Java), Profiles, Model Libraries, Templates, Custom Diagrams, Samples, and Documentation, and their specific technical characteristics.

Configuration & Change Management: Implementing and overseeing robust configuration and change management processes for application and plugin in a regulated environment.

Complexity Management: Ability to formalize distribution processes to avoid issues like versioning conflicts, missing dependencies, and "broken tool" scenarios.

Quality Assurance & Installation Integrity: Ensuring deployed solutions function correctly and are verifiable, especially for external distribution.

Ability to drive a transnational Dev Team

Previous exposure to large-scale systems design; building or maintaining Cloud-native applications.

Working experience in Agile Scrum, SAFe and/or Kanban projects

DevOps orientation, knowledge of continuous integration frameworks and some of the following products/tools: Docker, Nexus, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, VersionOne, etc. (Good to have)

Responsibilities:
Your mission is to ensure technical coordination and robust IT architecture implementation & deployment. You will act as CAMEO plugin Developer through the following tasks:

Understand, capture, anticipate and challenge business needs

Synthetize and able to communicate effectively with non technical people

Support the Dev teams in managing configuration management and as entry point for DevOPS Team.

Deliver regular major upgrades and new versions of the toolset with clear documentation and support both to our service supplier and our end-user community and internal customers.

Ensure best practises in development / integration with Devops environment

Ensure smooth migration and entry into service.

Ensures customer satisfaction delivering as agreed and committed
-
Supports full operational availability, reliability and integrity of running Products
-
Support technical interfaces with other processes with the Architecture team.
