We provide implementation services for cloud CRMs (Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics) and development services for Force.com and .Net platforms. We also set up business intelligence solutions for both traditional and big data technologies.

We use the distributed agile delivery model for our development and configuration projects. Our U.S. Team executes product discovery, business, and technical architecture, user experience design, and project management. Our Offshore Team focuses on the development, testing, and configuration.

Job Title: Software Engineer

You Bring

• 3+ years experience developing large-scale applications in cloud production environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or private cloud).

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), or other OOP ( e.g. Java/C++). Familiarity with NoSQL DBs, Message Queues, Vector DBs, API

servers, Jupyter Notebooks.

• Preferably, a good understanding of different stages of complex ML/AI

solutions (search and recommendation systems): data science, distributed data pipelines, LLM orchestration.

• Knowledge of docker, Kubernetes, telemetry (OTLP, Grafana, Prometheus) would be a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to find creative solutions to real-world problems and take end-to-end ownership of building and shipping.
• Thrive in fast-paced development cycles for full-stack solutions.
• A customer-obsessed mindset.
