Software Engineer - Internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Testing Intern to join our team and contribute to Cstream’s mission of simplifying security and compliance for innovative tech companies. You will work closely with developers to ensure the quality and functionality of our applications through manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing test cases based on product requirements.
• Perform functional, UI, and regression testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as GitLab or GitHub.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Learn and utilize automation tools/frameworks (optional, based on skill set).
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual testing, bug lifecycle, etc.).
• Familiarity with web/mobile applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality products.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of any testing tools like Selenium, Postman, or JMeter.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Basic knowledge of any programming language (JavaScript, MERN, etc.).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
