- Demonstrated ability/understanding of Incentive Compensation Management Systems such as Varicent (preferred), SAP, Anaplan, NICE, etc.
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills.- Service-oriented; focused on anticipating, recognizing, and meeting people's needs, whether they are clients or internal stakeholders.- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.- Strong documentation skills for technical designs, system requirements, and testing procedures.Qualifications :- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on data.- Experience with Incentive Compensation Management Systems, especially Varicent, is highly preferred.- Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL.- Strong understanding of data modeling and information engineering techniques.- Ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, and estimate implementation effort.- Experience with testing and improving business applications.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
