Job Description

Role Description

Platform Administration:
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings.
Customization Configuration:
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and flows to meet business requirements.
Data Management:
Manage data integrity through best practices, including data imports, exports, and cleanup.
Reporting Analytics:
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into business performance.
User Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, providing timely and effective technical support.
Documentation:
Develop and maintain clear documentation for Salesforce processes, workflows, and configurations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and implement effective Salesforce solutions.
Integrations:
Assist with the integration and maintenance of Salesforce with other business applications (e.g., Outreach, 6sense).
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend and implement platform improvements.
Security:
Implement and maintain robust Salesforce security protocols to protect company data.

Technical Skills

Salesforce Certified Administrator
certification is required.
Strong proficiency
in Salesforce configuration and customization, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows.
Deep understanding
of Salesforce sharing and security models, including organization-wide defaults, role hierarchies, and sharing rules.
Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining complex
reports and dashboards
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-have skills

Salesforce
Advanced Administrator
certification or other relevant certifications.
Hands-on experience with
Salesforce DevOps tools
(e.g., Gearset, Copado).
Experience with integrating third-party applications into Salesforce.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience
as a Salesforce Administrator in a hands-on-role.
