Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer/Staff Software Engineer at a reputed IT product-based company located in Gurgaon or Pune, your primary responsibility will be to develop new features, maintain existing functionality, and ensure the system architecture is extensible and performant. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends in software development platforms, tools, and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct code reviews and ensure unit test coverage - Focus on continuous improvement and build tools for automation and productivity - Communicate effectively with team members and project leadership to identify needs and evaluate business solutions - Incorporate new technologies into the product's technology stack - Collaborate with support organizations to resolve production issues Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Development with expertise in Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET (MVC, RESTful APIs), .NET Framework, and Git - Proficiency in modern web development (React, Angular), SQL Server, OOD & Design Patterns, microservices architecture, and Azure cloud-based development - Knowledge of messaging protocols, unit testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (preferred) - Experience with distributed systems, automated testing, front-end testing, healthcare domain knowledge, and familiarity with performance monitoring tools (preferred) - Strong collaboration, mentoring skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills This full-time position is suitable for individuals with mid-senior level experience in the Hospitals and Health Care industry.
