What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer II, you will contribute directly to building and scaling critical systems for the platform:

• Ship

  production code weekly

  across

  Python

  and

  Go

  backend services, and a

  React/Next.js frontend

  used to screen millions of candidates
• Design and implement

  new microservices

  for real-time ranking, interview analytics, and payout systems moving millions of dollars
• Collaborate with senior engineers to

  profile, test, and harden LLM-powered agents

• Speak directly with users, translate feedback into technical specifications, and

  own features end-to-end

What You’ll Bring

• Strong

  computer science fundamentals

  and demonstrated coding expertise
• Experience building

  production-grade systems or applications

• Ability to

  prototype, test, and ship quickly
