Exposure on SAP integration must. (MM & FICO modules) Minimum 1 end to end Indian implementation with Payroll & time Management is must. Good exposure on WRICEF objects, F.S creation. Very good in English & Hindi communication is must. Good in understanding third party integration with SAP HCM (example: Biometrics) Strong Indian Payroll knowledge with statutory requirements Flexible to work from Office. Strong configuration skills around
Core functionality of Payroll like: PCR Configuration must Payroll configuration tables must Wage type characteristics (Processing and Cumulation class) must Payroll posting configuration. Statutory Infotype knowledge Payslip configuration Statutory reports.
