Job Category Software & TechnologyWork Mode On-siteOffice Hours 03.30 PM 12.30 AM (1530 Hrs 0030 Hrs)Experience Entry, IntermediateRoles DescriptionAs a Software Engineer, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that drive our organizations successYour role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, architect robust systems, write clean and efficient code, and conduct rigorous testing to ensure the reliability and performance of our software productsYour problem-solving skills and innovative thinking will be put to the test as you tackle complex technical challenges, all while staying current with the latest industry trends and best practices

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions ensuring their efficiency and reliability

Work closely with our esteemed clientele to understand their specific requirements and provide customized engineering solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client needs

Analyze complex engineering challenges and provide innovative solutions to optimize their performance

Ensure the quality, performance, and robustness of the software solutions developed, and perform rigorous testing to identify and resolve any issues

Maintain thorough documentation of software designs, code, and project specifications

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to improve our engineering solutions

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in computer engineering or a related field

1-3 years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python

Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, code reviews, and testing methodologies

Knowledge of web and mobile application development frameworks such as AngularJS, React Native etc

Excellent communication (verbal/written/oral) in English and teamwork skills

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex engineering challenges

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
