What Will You Be Doing?

• Solve high-complexity problems in large-scale distributed systems and backend platforms.
• Use sound judgment to explore and implement alternative technical approaches.
• Innovate unique solutions for both known and emerging challenges across domains.
• Own resolution and escalations within your technical area of expertise.
• Lead with code quality, performance optimization, and architectural excellence in mind.

What Do We Expect from You?

• 3–10 years

  of hands-on product development experience building scalable backend systems.

• BS/MS in Computer Science

  or equivalent from a premier institute.
• Expertise in

  Java

  , with strong multi-threading and performance-focused programming skills.
• Deep understanding of

  computer science fundamentals

  , algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience working with

  open-source frameworks

  , distributed systems, and

  big data technologies

  is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fluid, ever-changing setting.
