Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support via phone, chat, and tickets.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Support Windows, Mac, Google Workspace, and other IT tools.
  • Log, track, and resolve issues using ServiceNow.
  • Handle account resets, hardware requests, and basic IT fixes.
  • Escalate issues when needed and meet SLA timelines.
  • Help improve IT processes and service quality.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Good knowledge of Windows/Mac and common IT tools.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and IT support platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
