Description

About the Role :We are seeking a passionate AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that solve complex problems and drive business innovation.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI models, integrate them into software applications, and contribute to advancing our AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms tailored to business needs.
Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into production systems.
Develop scalable and efficient software applications utilizing AI/ML techniques.
Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML and incorporate them into projects.
Write clean, maintainable code and document AI workflows and pipelines.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging AI software components.
Contribute to the design of AI architectures and pipelines, ensuring robustness and reliability.
Assist in setting up automated model training, deployment, and monitoring processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in AI software development or machine learning engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
Experience with data processing tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services.
Knowledge of software development best practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
