What you'll do

We are seeking motivated software engineers with 1- 2 years of experience to work on next-generation ERP and AI/ML-based applications. The role involves development, integration, and optimization of enterprise software with AI-powered features, including chatbots, document parsing, and predictive analytics.

• Develop and maintain modules in Python, ASP.NET (C#/VB) integrated with SQL Server backends.
• Implement AI/ML models for logistics and ERP workflows (document parsing, customer service chatbots, predictive analytics).
• Work with REST APIs for data exchange between systems and external platforms.
• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures for performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered features into existing ERP systems.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
• Assist in deploying applications to cloud environments (AWS preferred).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1- 2 years of experience in software development using Python, ASP.NET, VB, C#.
• Exposure to SQL Server stored procedures, triggers, performance optimization.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts (Natural Language Processing, computer vision, predictive analytics).
• Familiarity with Python for AI/ML scripting and integration.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end technologies.
• Knowledge of REST API development and integration.
• Ability to work with version control systems (Git preferred).

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

• Experience with AI-powered chatbots or document text extraction (e.g., PDF/Image to JSON).
• Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI API, or AWS AI services (Textract, Bedrock, etc.).
• Knowledge of logistics/shipping ERP workflows.
• Exposure to Azure Devops.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related fields.
• AI/ML certifications (Udemy, Coursera, AWS, etc.) will be a plus.
