Job Description

Own and drive automation scripting and framework needs or software test design/test case development/test execution with quality, reliability, and OTD goals.
Make test design decisions on major software projects and releases, proposing right test execution techniques based on in-depth product knowledge.
Identify software testing process flaws and propose corrective actions to improve processes.
Coordinate software testing work of other individuals and send reports.
Work on problems of diverse scope, analyzing data to evaluate identifiable factors and demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
Technically contribute towards new product development programs without supervision.
Provide technical support and qualify new software release/patch to customers, responding to and resolving customer requests through emails, problem reports, and discussion forums.
Troubleshoot issues by performing in-depth analysis of software logs, reproducing the issue on a simulator environment, and debugging through code to identify root causes.
