Software Development Team Leader

As a Software Development Team Leader at Famic Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating the activities of the software development team. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, managing, and coordinating the software development team's activities - Acting as the technical resource person and participating in various software applications development lifecycle activities - Coordinating and collaborating with different departments, including clients - Ensuring deadlines and compliance with established budget and quality objectives are met - Participating in software development activities and identifying improvements to existing applications - Collaborating with team members on quality assurance efforts and validation - Implementing the company's quality management system within the software development team Qualifications required for this role include: - MTech in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and relational database management systems, including SQL Server - Proficiency in at least one software development methodology such as UML, RUP - Expertise in Windows .NET platform development, including WPF and WCF - Knowledge of client/server and Internet applications development, Java, HTML, XML - Familiarity with software development standards like SEI, CMM, ISO - Experience in project management Preferred expertise for this position includes: - Leadership, team spirit, and strong work ethics - Organized, autonomous, resourceful, and meticulous - Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing Fluency in English and/or other foreign languages is a requirement for this position due to the international nature of the responsibilities.
