Software Development Team Leader

As a Software Development Team Leader at Famic Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the software development team's activities and ensuring the successful delivery of software applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, managing, and coordinating the software development team's activities - Acting as the technical resource person and participating in various software applications development lifecycle activities - Coordinating and collaborating with different departments and clients involved in the development process - Monitoring schedules to meet deadlines, budget, and quality objectives - Participating in software development activities and identifying improvements to existing applications - Collaborating with team members on quality assurance efforts and ensuring compliance with the company's quality management system To qualify for this role, you should have: - MTech in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and relational database management systems, including SQL Server - Proficiency in at least one software development methodology such as UML, RUP, etc. - Mastery of Windows .NET platform development, including WPF and WCF - Excellent knowledge of client/server and Internet applications development, Java, HTML, XML - Familiarity with software development standards like SEI, CMM, ISO - Experience in project management Preferred expertise includes leadership, teamwork, organizational skills, autonomy, resourcefulness, and meticulousness. Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written, are essential for this role.
