Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. You will lead a team and make key decisions to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead team meetings and provide guidance on project tasks Ensure project milestones are met within the specified timeline Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting tools Experience in developing and configuring software systems Knowledge of technologies and methodologies in software development Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
