Software Development Lead

Summary:

As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems across the entire product lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain.
• Collaborate with and manage the software development team to achieve performance targets.
• Take ownership of team decisions related to software development and configuration.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and strategic decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to challenges faced by your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead and oversee the entire software development process.
• Implement and promote best practices in software configuration management.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle Agile PLM.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in software configuration management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in software testing and quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Agile PLM.
• Position based at Chennai office.
• 15 years of full-time education required.
