Project Role :Software Development Lead
Project Role Description :Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
Must have skills :SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM

Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire product lifecycle or focusing on specific stages. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. SAP PaPM- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.- Strong understanding of system integration and data management.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
