Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients in Hyderabad. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications. • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services. • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices and code quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience in .NET development, with at least 3 years in a lead role. • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Core. • Experience with Web API development and RESTful services. • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server, Entity Framework). • Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required (Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field).
