Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals and client needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that the software development process aligns with best practices and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience with data visualization best practices. - Ability to design and implement dashboards and reports. - Familiarity with database management and SQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Tableau. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
