Project Role : Software Development Lead Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. Must have skills : Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Key Responsibilities:1.Understand the business problems and processes of the clients, and create functional solution of the same2.Responsible for providing functional consulting in HSE / PSM areas and be able to showcase credible hands-on experience in key HSE processes like Incident management, Process hazard Analysis, HAZOPs/HAZIDs, Product safety, workplace safety processes, risk management, governances and HSE management systems3.Experience of estimating, leading, delivering AMS support projects 4.Excellent problem identifying and troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.5.Provide expertise on all functional requirements related to the HSE process developments, vendor assessment and technology implementations6.Understand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for the success of the project to include value addition towards APM/EAM7.Create and manage business process workflows, detailed design and required documentation for successful implementation of the applications.8.Manage and develop excellent Client relationships. Coordinate and liaison with various client stakeholders to ensure stakeholder alignment during the project lifecycle9.Develop Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in APM space10.Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities11.Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment12.Should be open to travel in and outside the countryTechnical Skills1 .Responsible for providing technical and functional solutioning and support to Asset Performance Management solution like- GE/Meridium 2.Responsible for providing technical and functional solutioning and support to application like Engica Q4, Permit To work system, Process historians like- Honeywell PHD/OSI PI; and Alarm and event management- Hexagon, Asset Intellect3.Experience in conducting design thinking workshops, collating functional requirements for clients, and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders4.Minimum 2-3 years experience in a industry role in client support project5.Minimum 4-5 years experience in a team leading role. Consulting experience will be of advantage (though not mandatory)6.Experience in delivering large-transformational projects across Industry groups & geographies. Should have handled a team of 10+ experienced resources7.The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for delivering consulting engagements8.Experience in Oil and Gas process domain.is an added. Experience in MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint, MS-Word is mandatory. 9. Demonstrate expertise across one or more of following areas10.Implement digital tools and digital strategies for the clients in HSE space11.Use of data analytics to analyze and provide analytical data solutions12.Knowledge of IoT, Analytics and related technologies to drive client discussions for digital enablement13.Digital industrial workforce and development of digitally enabled solutions14.Use of Connected Worker and Connected Construction, Worker Mobility solutions to drive efficiency for maintenance execution & managementQualifications:1.Engineering Degree :Chemica/Mechanical2.Fundamental understanding of functionalities and Hands-on knowledge of atleast one APM application3.Deep functional understanding of workplace safety, process safety and HSE management systems and processes (at least 12-18 years) Qualifications 15 years full time education
