Must have skills : SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. You will lead the software development process from end-to-end or for specific product lifecycle stages. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle - Experience in configuring and customizing software systems - Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development - Hands-on experience in implementing software solutions - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required Show more Show less
