Must have skills : Embedded Android App Development Good to have skills : NAMinimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects throughout the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead and mentor a team of software developers.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Embedded Android App Development.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.- Experience in designing and developing Android applications.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Embedded Android App Development.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
