Job Description

You will be working as a Software Development Lead, where your main responsibility will be to develop and configure software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will utilize your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, processes, and tools to support the client's project effectively. In this role, having expertise in PTC Windchill is a must, while any additional skills are considered good to have. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience and hold a 15 years full-time education qualification. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your skills in technologies, methodologies, and processes, and ensuring that the software solutions provided meet the client's requirements. You will troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements for system performance, and enhance the overall user experience. Your key responsibilities will include performing independently, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME), actively participating in team discussions, providing solutions to work-related problems, mentoring junior team members for their professional growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on project goals. Your professional and technical skills should include proficiency in PTC Windchill, a strong understanding of software development methodologies, experience with configuration management and version control systems, effective analytical and troubleshooting abilities for software issues, and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Additional information includes a requirement of a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in PTC Windchill, the position being based at the Noida office, and the necessity of a 15 years full-time education qualification.,
