About the Internship

Evoke AI is hiring a Software Development Intern to join our on-site Technical Division. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in backend or full-stack development while working on real AI-driven applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Django, and Flask.
• Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL and Django ORM for database models.
• Assist in building and documenting RESTful APIs.
• Implement new features and contribute to the full development cycle.
• Write basic unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Python programming fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of Django or Flask frameworks.
• Familiarity with relational databases and ORM concepts.
• Understanding of REST APIs and Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Basic exposure to front-end (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Experience with testing tools like pytest or Django Test Framework.
• Knowledge of Agile practices.
