Opportunity

As an SDE Intern at Hiver, you will have an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career and gain valuable hands-on experience in building and supporting our product. During your 6-month internship, you will work closely with our team of experienced engineers to contribute to the development and growth of our platform. We are growing rapidly and handle a substantial amount of email traffic daily for our users. This internship will provide you with exposure to complex technical challenges and a chance to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced mentors

What you will be working on?

• Collaborate with the team to assist in the development of new product features and improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for code quality.
• Contribute to addressing technical debt and system enhancements.
• Work on projects that align with your skills and interests, with a focus on learning and growth.
• Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones.
  

We are looking for?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Front-End development principles.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or similar.
• A willingness to learn and a strong desire to grow your technical skills.
• Eagerness to collaborate with the team and learn from experienced engineers.
• An understanding of databases, both relational (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL, is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is advantageous.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture is a plus.
