Job Description

Staff Management:

Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff, including waitstaff, kitchen staff, and bartenders.

Customer Service:

Ensuring a positive dining experience by greeting guests, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly.

Operational Efficiency:

Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, table management, and coordinating between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Inventory and Cost Control:

Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage costs to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
