Software Development Engineer - Test - Python

As a Python SDET with 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of the test framework by effectively troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues within defined SLAs. Your strong proficiency in Python will be vital as you engage with Python developers using the framework through various platforms. You will act as the first responder for user-reported issues and bugs, maintaining the framework with regular updates and patches to uphold its stability and performance. Your expertise in GitHub/PR workflows, basic networking knowledge, Kubernetes/docker skills, and experience with supporting developer tools or open-source projects will be valuable assets in this role. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, along with a sense of ownership and commitment to SLA compliance, are essential qualities we are looking for. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences will play a crucial role in this position. Additionally, you will review and merge community pull requests, write clean and maintainable Python code to enhance framework features, and update documentation to assist users in adopting and troubleshooting the framework.
