Job Description

Python SDET with Strong proficiency in Python (4-6 yrs).- Strong experience with GitHub /PR workflows.- Basic networking knowledge- Experience with supporting developer tools or open-source projects.- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.- Good Kubernetes/docker skills- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Prior experience with GitHub /PR workflows.- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to SLA compliance- Familiarity with using Jira- Experience with CI/CD systems (mainly Jenkins, etc.)- Familiarity with packaging and distributing Python libraries.- Contributions to open-source Python projects.- Experience working in distributed teams or supporting developer communities. Key Responsibilities : - Act as a first responder for user-reported issues and bugs related to the test framework.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues efficiently, adhering to defined SLAs.- Maintain stability and performance of the framework with regular updates and patches.- Engage with Python developers using the framework through various forums- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to users and contributors.- Review and merge community pull requests ensuring quality and consistency.- Write clean, maintainable Python code to enhance and extend framework features.- Update and improve documentation to assist users in adopting and troubleshooting the framework.- Identify common user pain points and propose long-term solutions.- Collaborate with internal teams and the community to define the roadmap and prioritize enhancements.
