You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards are maintained. Troubleshoot and debug software applications to resolve issues efficiently. Document software functionalities and processes for future reference. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development. Engage in daily verbal and written communication with Japanese clients and Accenture Japan to collaboratively perform tasks. Work in a 24x7 environment and execute tasks according to specified procedures and timelines, escalating issues when necessary.-Responsible for the day-to-day management of incidents and service request, including ticket creation, analysis, reporting, and follow-up based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) for response and resolution times. Handle Service Desk administrative and analyst tasks, such as logging tickets, assigning tickets, changing ticket status, priority, and description, and generating ticket reports. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Japanese certification level should be N2 and above. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. Experience in developing and maintaining software applications. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or Oracle. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language and IT industry. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
