Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the development of new features that meet client needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and ensuring that applications function seamlessly across different platforms, all while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native applications. - Proficient in unit testing and integration testing frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
