Job Description

Project Role : Software Development Engineer Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work. Must have skills : Functional Test Planning Good to have skills : NA Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Roles & Responsibilities:1.Lead the development and execution of the testing strategy for Oracle Utilities products.2.Oversee the use of OUTA and OATS for automated testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.3.Manage a team of QA analysts, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.4.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure that testing aligns with business and technical requirements.5.Report on testing progress, risks, and results to senior management and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills:1.Extensive experience with Oracle Utilities Testing Accelerator (OUTA) and Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS).2.Deep understanding of Oracle Utilities products and related testing methodologies.3.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing QA teams and projects.4.Proven ability to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for large-scale implementations.5.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present testing results to senior stakeholders.
