Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in OOPS and OOD Fundamentals. - Strong coding abilities, problem-solving skills, familiarity with algorithms and data structures. - Familiarity with MySQL or other RDBMS, SQL language, and DOTNet. - Previous experience in web technologies is advantageous. - Competence in working on UNIX/Linux platforms. - BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Engineering or related fields, including MCA, with 3-8 years of software development experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable Skills: - Full software life cycle experience encompassing requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance. - UI Development proficiency covering JavaScript (AJAX), HTML, CSS. - Experience in web service development, Photoshop, XML & X Query. - Previous involvement in Android-based applications development.
