As a C++ Developer at ZURU Tech, you will be part of a cutting-edge team that is reshaping the construction industry by automating building processes using advanced technologies. Our vision is to revolutionize housing construction globally by developing innovative Structural Analysis Software and BIM (Building Information Modeling) Applications. Your role will involve creating high-fidelity multithreaded simulation software in C++, as well as designing and developing BIM software using Unreal Engine for an enhanced user experience. Your responsibilities will include developing complex software solutions, designing and debugging UI interfaces, collaborating with structural engineers to enhance features, and creating prototypes to validate design concepts. You will also be expected to provide strong technical leadership, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation to overcome challenging technical problems. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mathematics. You must have hands-on experience in C++ programming, particularly in developing GUI desktop applications using frameworks like Qt, wxWidgets, or UMG. Proficiency in OOPS, Data Structures, Multithreading, State Machines, and Design Patterns is essential, along with strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, unit testing, and version control using Git. A solid understanding of Physics and Mathematics, especially in coordinate geometry, is required. Preferred skills for this position include prior experience with 3D game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity in C++, as well as working with 3D CAD/BIM/FEA or simulation applications.
