Software Developer

Position Summary:

The Website Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and

optimizing the Hospitals website. The role requires strong technical and creative skills to ensure

the website is responsive, mobile friendly, user-friendly and highly optimized for SEO, AI search

summaries and Large Language Models (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT queries etc).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Hospitals’ website using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP,

JSON-LD).

• Ensure website is responsive, mobile-friendly, and meet UI/UX best practices.

• Make website AI and LLM ready as more people refer to google search AI Overview,

Chatgpt, Gemini etc

• Ensure Structured Data / Schema Markup, Structured HTMLs

• Implement JSON-LD schema, Canonicalized URLs, Consistent NAP

• Train team member to upload content in blog section of website

• Implement SEO best practices to ensure high visibility on Google Search and AI summaries.

• Work closely with Digital Marketing team to integrate conversion tracking, and lead forms.

• Work closely with call centre team and CRM for lead tracking, capturing from website

• Ensure website security, backups, and compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations.

• Optimize page load speed, metadata, schema markup, and accessibility features.

• Set-up on online appointment booking and payment gateway on website

• Monitor website performance, uptime, and resolve technical issues promptly.

• WhatsApp API, Chatbot integration on website

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

• 5+ years’ experience as Web Developer, preferably in healthcare or service industries.

• Good communication skills in English or Hindi

• Proficiency in WordPress CMS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON-LD, and PHP.

• Familiarity with API integrations for appointment booking and CRM.

• Familiarity with Healthcare website CMS or appointment booking integrations.

• Strong understanding of SEO, structured data, and AI search optimization.

• Knowledge of web security protocols and hosting management.

• Good inter-personal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
