Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise websites and applications using

  Sitecore XP/XM/XPaaS

  and the Microsoft .NET stack.
• Architect Sitecore solutions including templates, components, pipelines, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead and mentor development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing Sitecore best practices.
• Integrate with third-party services including CRMs, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
• Customize Sitecore features such as personalization, content profiling, and marketing automation.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and DevOps teams to deliver high-performance, responsive solutions.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues, and support application performance optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest Sitecore releases, features, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of professional experience in web development with

  strong hands-on Sitecore expertise

  (Sitecore 9.x/10.x).
• Solid experience with

  ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET Core

  , and Web API.
• Strong understanding of

  Sitecore Helix architecture

  and modular development.
• Experience with

  Sitecore SXA, JSS, or Headless CMS

  .
• Proficient in TDS, Unicorn, Glass.Mapper, or Sitecore CLI tools.
• Familiarity with personalization, analytics, engagement plans, and marketing automation in Sitecore.
• Experience with SQL Server, Solr, Azure Search, or other indexing/search services.
• Strong Git-based version control and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.

Nice to Have:

• Sitecore Developer Certification

  (Preferred).
• Experience with

  Sitecore XM Cloud or Headless CMS architecture

  .
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience deploying Sitecore on

  Azure PaaS or Kubernetes

  .
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy).
• Exposure to multi-site, multi-language Sitecore implementations.
