Software Developer / Support Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer/Support Engineer with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Design algorithms and flowcharts with developers to create efficient software solutions.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications and industry standards.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs to enhance system functionality.
• Verify and deploy programs and systems to ensure seamless user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve performance.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to recommend improvements and enhancements.
• Develop an initial Implementation plan based on client's requirements and available resources.
• Advise clients on system configuration to support their business practices and assist them through implementation issues and potential roadblocks.
• Perform installation and configuration of software and collaborate with development teams to integrate the Platform.
• Create and implement scripts as per product/project customization, provide documentation and end-user training for applications, and conduct internal training to ensure proper knowledge transfer.
• Monitor and support ERP solutions post-development.

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role with a strong understanding of software design and development principles.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in a test-driven environment.
• Knowledge of coding languages such as C#, JavaScript, Jquery, and .net, along with experience with databases and specification writing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical documentation and end-user training.
• Ability to work closely with development teams to integrate the Platform and create/implement scripts as per product/project customization.
