Software Dev Engineer

As a Software Development Engineer at Lattice, you will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team working on cutting-edge programmable logic solutions. Your role will involve contributing to innovative GenAI applications, enhancing productivity automation, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive R&D and product innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize DevOps principles, including CI/CD, Perforce/Github, and EDA tools to streamline development processes. - Explore and innovate around GenAI applications to enhance product offerings. - Manage public multi-cloud and private cloud administration for efficient operations. - Demonstrate expertise in working with FPGAs and tool flow, particularly with Lattice, Intel, and Xilinx technologies. - Apply RTL design experience, with knowledge in UVM being an advantage. - Implement best-in-class methodologies to enhance Lattice's capabilities and drive continuous improvement. - Foster strong relationships with global teams to ensure seamless collaboration. - Be open to occasional travel as required to support project needs. Desired Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Tcl, Perl, or Python, with a strong preference for Tcl. - Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Proven track record of effectively collaborating with diverse teams across different locations and time zones.
