Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements using Service Integration and Management (SIAM) skills. Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software configuration and customization. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Service Integration and Management (SIAM) skills. Good To Have Skills:Infrastructure Service Management. Experience in software configuration management. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience in working with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
