Project Role : Software Configuration Engineer Project Role Description : Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Must have skills : Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Tools Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Key Responsibilities:-Requirement Gathering & Analysis:Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and actionable business requirements.Conduct stakeholder interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather comprehensive business and technical requirements.Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and use cases. Process Mapping & Optimization:Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.Develop process maps and workflows to visualize current and future state processes.Collaborate with technical teams to design software solutions that streamline business operations. Software Design and Development Support:Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and testers to ensure the successful design, development, and implementation of software solutions.Provide ongoing support throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring that requirements are met and delivering value to stakeholders.Assist in the creation of prototypes and wireframes for new software features. Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze business data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Work with data teams to develop reports and dashboards that support business decision-making.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Testing and Quality Assurance:Support testing activities by creating test cases, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring the software meets business needs and quality standards.Coordinate with the QA team to track and resolve defects.-Documentation and Training:Develop clear, concise user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.-Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals.Prepare regular status reports, project timelines, and updates for management.
