Project Role : Software Configuration Engineer Project Role Description : Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Must have skills : Program Control Services Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will also assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the Configuration Lead and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of the configuration management plan. You will also analyze software configuration and customization needs, and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with the Configuration Lead and other team members to implement the configuration management plan. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Analyze software configuration and customization needs, and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization. Ensure the successful implementation of the configuration management plan. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to software configuration and customization. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Program Control Services. Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices. Experience with software configuration and customization tools. Knowledge of business process design and application requirements. Good To Have Skills:Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
